Tracy began her real estate career in 1992 working in the corporate department of a major insurance company. Her responsibilities included property acquisition and disposition of over 30 facilities nationwide. Since moving to the South Bay, she has decided to change her career and focus on residential real estate, fulfilling her desire to live and work in the Beach Cities. The attributes that made her successful in commercial real estate have made an easy transition to the high paced and time sensitive residential market.
Tracy attended California State University Northridge majoring in Business Administration with a real estate focus. She regularly attends continuing education classes and seminars to keep her versed on the most recent trends and changes in the real estate market. She is a licensed California Realtor©, e-PRO certified, and works with Keller Williams Realty West.
She is active with a number of charitable organizations including The Children\'s Miracle Network - Children\'s Hospital Los Angeles and Kid Care Los Angeles, which was created by real estate professionals to help feed less fortunate children throughout Los Angeles.
She lives in the South Bay with her family and is the proud Mother of a US Marine. Her hobbies include working out, crossword puzzles and an occasional high-speed weekend at the racetrack.
